摘要
近年来,食品安全抽样拒检现象频发,这不仅给食品安全抽样人员带来困扰,还给消费者的健康带来了潜在威胁,需要做好食品安全抽样拒检防范应对工作.本文对食品安全抽样拒检的情形、拒检需承担的法律责任及拒检认定的程序进行梳理,分析拒检问题产生的潜在原因,并提出应对策略,供食品安全抽样人员参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the phenomenon of food safety sampling refusal has occurred frequently,which not only brings troubles to food safety sampling personnel,but also poses potential threats to consumer health.It is necessary to do a good job in preventing and responding to food safety sampling refusal.In this paper,the situation of food safety sampling rejection,the legal responsibility to be borne and the procedures for the identification of rejection were reviewed,the potential causes of rejection were analyzed,and countermeasures were put forward for the reference of food safety sampling personnel.
