以采前喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥和其他氨基酸叶面肥的阿克苏红旗坡苹果为研究对象,通过测定果实硬度、可溶性固形物、水分、灰分、总酸、总糖、脂肪、蛋白质、钠、钙、维生素C含量等 11 项指标,研究不同氨基酸叶面肥对阿克苏红富士苹果品质的影响.结果表明,喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥的苹果在果实硬度、可溶性固形物、水分、灰分、蛋白质、钠、钙等指标上均优于喷施其他氨基酸叶面肥的苹果.喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥能促进苹果果实的生长发育,更好地保持苹果品质.
Effects of Spraying Different Amino Acid Foliar Fertilizers on the Quality of Aksu Red Fuji Apple
Using Aksu Hongqipo apples sprayed with shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer and other amino acid foliar fertilizers before harvest as the research object,the effects of different amino acid foliar fertilizers on the quality of Aksu Red Fuji apples were studied by measuring 11 indicators,including fruit hardness,soluble solids,moisture,ash content,total acid,total sugar,fat,protein,sodium,calcium,and vitamin C content.The results showed that apples sprayed with shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer had better fruit hardness,soluble solids,water content,ash content,protein,sodium,calcium and other indicators than apples sprayed with other amino acid foliar fertilizers.Spraying shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer can promote the growth and development of apple fruits and better maintain apple quality.
