饮用天然矿泉水中粪链球菌检测能力验证结果分析

摘要
为提高实验室对矿泉水中粪链球菌的检测能力,考核相关技术人员的工作水平,本实验室参加了中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织的矿泉水中粪链球菌检测能力验证.依据《食品安全国家标准 饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB 8538-2016)中粪链球菌的检验方法,结合《矿泉水中粪链球菌的检测能力验证参试指导书》和相关文献方法进行操作.结果显示,样品 22-D589 的鉴定结果为粪链球菌阳性,计数结果为80 000 CFU/250 mL;样品 22-S891 的鉴定结果为粪链球菌阳性,计数结果为 1 500 CFU/250 mL.所有项目的|Z|值均＜2.0,结果均为满意.
Abstract
To improve the ability of laboratory to detect Enterococcus faecalis is in mineral water,assess the work level of technical personnel,the laboratory participated in the Mineral Water E.faecalis Proficiency Testing organized by Analysis Capability Assessment System of CAIQ.According to the microbiological test method of E.faecalis in GB 8538-2016,combined with the Guidebook for Proficiency Testing of E.faecalis in Mineral Water and relevant literature.The results showed that the identification result of sample 22-D589 was positive for E.faecalis,and the count result was 80 000 CFU/250 mL;the identification result of sample 22-S891 was positive for E.faecalis,and the count result was 1 500 CFU/250 mL.The results showed that the absolute value of Z scores for all items were less than 2.0 and all tests have achieved satisfactory results.
