Analysis of Detection Results of Benzo(a)Pyrene in Edible Vegetable Oil
Objective:The detection results of benzo(a)pyrene in edible vegetable oil were analyzed.Method:Different categories of edible vegetable oil were selected. The content of benzo(a)pyrene was determined by liquid chromatography, and the test standard value was used as the comparative data to analyze the accuracy of the detection result.Result:Among the 26 quality control samples, the detection error rate was low and the accuracy was high.Out of 333 randomly selected samples of edible vegetable oil,300 samples were detected to varying degrees of benzo(a)pyrene, with a detection rate of 90.1%,but the content was≤10 μg·kg-1,in compliance with the hygiene standards for edible vegetable oil in China. Conclusion:Benzo(a)pyrene contamination in edible vegetable oil is a common phenomenon.
