气相色谱法测定植物源性食品中8种农药残留

目的:建立植物源性食品中敌百虫、特丁硫磷、杀扑磷、硫环磷、丙溴磷、伏杀硫磷、灭线磷、甲基硫环磷残留量的气相色谱法测定方法.方法:试样以乙腈为提取溶剂,经QuEChERS方法提取净化后,用气相色谱法对植物源性食品中 8 种农药残留量进行测定.结果:被测定的 8 种目标物组分在各线性范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为 0.998 8~0.999 7,在低、中、高 3 个浓度加标水平的平均回收率为70.0%~107.5%,相对标准偏差为 1.8%~8.4%(n=6).结论:该方法快速、准确性好、干扰较少、精密度高,可应用于植物源性食品中上述农药残留量的快速筛查与定量分析.
Determination of 8 Pesticide Residues in Plant-Derived Foods by Gas Chromatography
Objective:Establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of trichlorfon,terbufos,methidathion,phosfolan,profenofos,phosalone,ethoprophos,and phosfolan-methyl residues in plant-derived foods.Method:The sample was pretreated using the QuEChERS method,and the residual amounts of 8 pesticides in plant-derived foods were determined using gas chromatography.Result:The eight target components measured showed good linear relationships within each linear range,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.998 8 to 0.999 7.The average recoveries at low,medium,and high spiked levels ranged from 70.0%to 107.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%~8.4%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is fast,simple to operate,accurate,and highly sensitive,and can be applied to the rapid screening and quantitative analysis of the above-mentioned pesticide residues in plant-derived foods.
