为了检验树莓制品中是否掺杂其他成分,建立了微滴式数字聚合酶链式反应(Droplet Digital PCR,ddPCR)技术定量检测树莓成分的检验方法.结果表明,实验建立的树莓掺假模型的检测结果准确,为检测市售树莓制品中是否掺假提供了一种新的、更加精确的定量手段.
Quantitative Analysis of Raspberry Products Based on Microdrop Digital PCR
In order to test whether other components are doped in raspberry products,a ddPCR method for quantitative detection of raspberry components was established.The results show that the raspberry adulteration model established in the experiment is accurate,which can provide a new and more accurate quantitative means for detecting whether raspberry products are adulterated.
