气相色谱串联质谱法测定茶叶中的5种农药残留

目的:建立一种气相色谱串联质谱法测定茶叶中水胺硫磷、联苯菊酯、毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和S-氰戊菊酯 5 种农药残留量的分析方法.方法:样品经过QuEChERS法前处理,通过气相色谱分离,多反应监测模式检测,内标法定量.结果:5 种农药在 10~1 000 ng·mL-1 线性关系良好,相关系数R2 均大于 0.999.在 0.05 mg·kg-1、0.5 mg·kg-1、1.0 mg·kg-1 3 个加标水平下,回收率为 80.2%~109.3%,RSD为 1.2%~8.9%.结论:此方法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高等优点,适用于茶叶中 5 种农药残留量的分析检测.
Determination of 5 Pesticide Residues in Tea by Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of five pesticide residues in tea,including water aminothion,bifenthrin,chlorpyrifos,cypermethrin and high-efficiency cypermethrin,fenvalerate and S-fenvalerate.Method:The sample was pretreated by QuEChERS method,separated by gas chromatography,detected by multi reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by internal standard method.Result:Five pesticides have a good linear relationship at 10~1 000 ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.999.At three spiked levels of 0.05 mg·kg-1,0.5 mg·kg-1,1.0 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate was 80.2%to 109.3%,and the RSD was 1.2%to 8.9%.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of simple operation,fast response,high sensitivity,and high accuracy,and is suitable for the analysis and detection of 5 pesticide residues in tea.
