Determination of 5 Pesticide Residues in Tea by Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of five pesticide residues in tea, including water aminothion, bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin and high-efficiency cypermethrin, fenvalerate and S-fenvalerate.Method:The sample was pretreated by QuEChERS method, separated by gas chromatography, detected by multi reaction monitoring mode, and quantified by internal standard method.Result:Five pesticides have a good linear relationship at 10~1 000 ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.999.At three spiked levels of 0.05 mg·kg-1,0.5 mg·kg-1,1.0 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate was 80.2%to 109.3%,and the RSD was 1.2%to 8.9%.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of simple operation, fast response, high sensitivity, and high accuracy, and is suitable for the analysis and detection of 5 pesticide residues in tea.
