Optimization of UPLC-MS/MS Method for Determination of Chlorotoxin Residues in Animal Food
An improved ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of chloromyces in dynamic foods. The samples were extracted from acetonitrile solution, purified by the optimized pretreatment method, quantitatively analyzed by internal standard method, and compared with the national standard GB 31658.2-2021.Chloromyces in the concentration range of 0.5~20.0 µg·L-1 has a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient R2>0.999,the detection limit of the method was 0.1 µg·kg-1.The recoveries were in the range of 90%~110%.In three different concentrations of 0.2 µg·kg-1,0.4 µg·kg-1 and 2.0 µg·kg-1,the relative standard deviation<3%,and the relative standard deviation of seven repeated measurements of positive samples<3%.The pre-processing of this method is simple, the results are accurate and all paramenters meet the requirements of the relevant method verification. It is suitable for the detection of chloramphenicol residues in animal-derived foods.
