Immune Function Study of New Food Raw Material Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt Solid Beverage
Objective:To study the immune function of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt solid beverage.Method:The low,medium,and high dose groups of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt were respectively orally administered with 0.125 g·kg-1,0.250 g·kg-1,and 0.500 g·kg-1 of the test substance,the control group and model group were orally administered with the same volume of physiological saline,all administered for 30 consecutive days.The immune organ index,carbon clearance ability,macrophage phagocytic ability,and spleen NK cell activity of each group of mice were examined.Result:Compared with the model group mice,after 30 d of oral administration of quinone disodium salt,the immune organ index of each quinone disodium salt dose group increased,carbon clearance ability and macrophage phagocytosis ability were improved,and spleen NK cell activity were enhanced.And the middle and high dose groups of quinone disodium salt showed significant changes(P<0.05,P<0.01),which were significantly different from the model group.Conclusion:Pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt can regulate immune function by regulating non-specific immune indicators.
