The Present Situation,Predicament and Countermeasures of Defending the Right to Food Consumption of College Students from the Perspective of Food Safety—Based on an Empirical Survey of College Students in Gansu Province
In order to understand the current situation and dilemmas faced by college students in defending their rights in dietary consumption,this study adopts a questionnaire survey to investigate the dietary consumption habits,food safety knowledge,rights awareness and behavior of college students in a university in Gansu province.It analyzes the dilemmas faced by contemporary college students in the process of defending their rights to food safety and puts forward countermeasures to solve the corresponding problems,with a view to providing references for improving the level of college students'dietary safety and enhancing their awareness of and ability to defend their rights to food safety.
