摘要
为了解当前大学生饮食消费维权的现状及面临的困境,本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对甘肃省某高校大学生的饮食消费习惯、食品安全知识、维权意识及行为等方面进行调查.分析当代大学生食品安全维权过程中面临的困境,并提出解决相应问题的对策,以期为提高大学生饮食安全水平,提升大学生食品安全维权意识和维权能力提供参考.
Abstract
In order to understand the current situation and dilemmas faced by college students in defending their rights in dietary consumption,this study adopts a questionnaire survey to investigate the dietary consumption habits,food safety knowledge,rights awareness and behavior of college students in a university in Gansu province.It analyzes the dilemmas faced by contemporary college students in the process of defending their rights to food safety and puts forward countermeasures to solve the corresponding problems,with a view to providing references for improving the level of college students'dietary safety and enhancing their awareness of and ability to defend their rights to food safety.
