摘要

原糖仓储形式采用"散糖存储"代替"包装存储"是原糖储存的一种发展趋势,是现有原糖仓储模式的一种大胆尝试.因原糖散糖机械化入仓在人力投入、作业效率、作业安全、生产成本等方面,有比较明显的技术优势,其重要性不言而喻.原糖散糖机械化入仓装备主要借鉴粮食行业成熟的技术力量,且原糖与粮食的物理属性相差较大,对现有原糖仓储企业的管理是一种挑战.通过部分仓储企业先行先试,原糖散糖机械化入仓工艺与装备的发展将会越加完善.

Abstract

The use of"loose sugar storage"instead of"packaging storage"in the form of raw sugar storage is a development trend of raw sugar storage and a bold attempt at the existing raw sugar storage mode.It has obvious technological advantages in terms of manpower investment,operational efficiency,operational safety,production costs,etc.The importance of mechanized storage of raw sugar loose sugar is self-evident.The mechanized warehousing equipment for raw sugar and loose sugar mainly draws on the mature technical strength of the grain industry,and the physical properties of raw sugar and grain differ greatly,which poses a challenge to the management of existing raw sugar warehousing enterprises.Through some warehousing enterprises taking the lead,the development of mechanized warehousing technology and equipment for raw sugar powder will become more perfect.
