摘要
吹扫气泵滤芯是码头设备的重要组成部分.然而,传统滤芯体积过小,对细小的颗粒物过滤效果较差,容易引起设备故障,降低设备的寿命.为解决这一问题,本研究通过置换大体积滤芯、改变滤芯安装位置、选用吸附性更强的滤芯材质等方式,对滤芯进行改造,旨在提升滤芯的过滤效果和耐用性,从而最大限度地保护码头设备免受灰尘和颗粒物的损害,延长设备的使用寿命.
Abstract
The filter element of the blowing air pump is an important component of the dock equipment.However,traditional filter cartridges are too small in size and have poor filtering effects on small particles,which can easily cause equipment failures and reduce the lifespan of the equipment.To solve this problem,this study modified the filter element by replacing a large volume filter element,changing the installation position of the filter element,and selecting a filter element material with stronger adsorption.The aim is to improve the filtration effect and durability of the filter element,thereby maximizing the protection of dock equipment from dust and particulate matter damage and extending the service life of the equipment.
