Research Progress on the Chemical Composition and Application of Hubei Malus Hupehensis Leaves
Hubei Malus Hupehensis leaves are a new food ingredient approved by the Ministry of Health in Announcement No.20 of 2014,and their research value mainly focuses on bioactive ingredients.Based on this,this article summarizes the current bioactive components and extraction methods of Hubei Malus Hupehensis leaves at home and abroad,and reviews relevant research progress from the aspects of bioactive components,physiological functions,etc.,in order to provide ideas for the innovative application of Hubei Malus Hupehensis leaves.
