摘要
本文分析了国内外水稻产业的现状与挑战,特别是面对食品需求多样化、品质提升和环境保护等多重压力,水稻产业亟须通过品种筛选与种植技术的创新来应对.未来,行业应通过优化水稻品种和种植技术,不断提高水稻的产量和品质,以满足不断增长的食品需求.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of the global and Chinese rice industry,especially in the face of multiple pressures such as diversification of food demand,quality improvement,and environmental protection,the rice industry urgently needs to cope with them through the innovation of varietal screening and planting technology.In the future,the industry should continuously improve the yield and quality of rice by optimizing rice varieties and planting techniques to meet the growing food demand.
