摘要

健康营养又安全的食品永远是第一生产力.通过螺蛳粉生产技术的创新,实现其产业化示范,解决区内螺蛳粉生产重点领域的关键技术难题.开展新型产品的基础研究,跟踪相关技术的发展趋势,做好市场调研,开发出新产品以满足消费者的需要.本文以柳州市紫荆花食品有限公司为例,阐述了柳州螺蛳粉的发展现状及研究进展.

Abstract

Healthy,nutritious and safe food is always the first productivity.Through the innovation of snail powder production technology,realize its industrialization demonstration,solve the key technical problems in the key areas of snail powder production.Carry out basic research on new products,follow the development trend of related technologies,do market research,develop new products to meet the needs of consumers.Taking Liuzhou Bauhinia Flower Food Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper expounds the development status and research progress of snail noodles in Liuzhou.
