摘要
食品安全直接关系到人们的日常生活和生命健康,因此,食品检验检测工作受到社会大众的广泛关注.本文分析了食品检验检测的内容、方法和质量影响因素,研究了食品检验检测中的细节问题,并提出食品检验检测质量控制措施,以供参考.
Abstract
Food safety is directly related to people's daily life and health,therefore,food inspection and testing work has received widespread attention from the public.This article analyzes the content,methods,and quality influencing factors of food inspection and testing,studies the detailed issues in food inspection and testing,and proposes quality control measures for food inspection and testing for reference.
