Abstract

This article introduces the background and importance of the grain,oil,and food engineering major,analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching models,proposes reform plans,and verifies the effectiveness of the reform through practical cases,aiming to improve the teaching quality of the grain,oil,and food engineering major and enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
