With the comprehensive development of the economy,people's attention to food safety is increasingly deepening,and the demand for food biotechnology professionals in enterprises is increasing day by day.Therefore,in order to ensure the overall quality of food biotechnology professionals and meet the actual needs of enterprises,it is particularly important to construct and optimize the practical teaching curriculum system for food biotechnology majors.Based on this,this article analyzes the construction and optimization strategies of the practical teaching curriculum system for food biotechnology majors,aiming to strengthen the talent cultivation effect of food biotechnology majors for reference.
