内部审核是食品检测实验室质量管理体系中十分重要的一环.通过内部审核工作的开展可以更好地发现食品检测实验管理中存在的欠缺和不足,及时的做出优化和调整,进而更好地保障检测结果的准确性、真实性和可靠性.有效落实内部审核十分必要,本篇文章也将目光集中于此,主要讨论了内审在食品检测实验室质量管理体系中的重要性,并分析了具体的落实路径.希望通过本篇文章的探讨和分析,可以为相关单位提供更多的参考,帮助提高内部审核质量.
Abstract
Internal audit is a very important part of the quality management system of food testing laboratory,through the development of internal audit work can better find the deficiencies in the experimental management of food testing,timely optimization and adjustment,and to better guarantee the accuracy,authenticity and reliability of the test results,effective implementation of the internal audit is very necessary,this article also focuses on this point,mainly discusses the importance of internal audit in the quality management system of food testing laboratory and analyzes the specific implementation path,hope that through the discussion and analysis of this article,can provide more reference for the relevant units and help to improve the quality of internal audit.
