In the production process of canned fruits,there are multiple factors that can affect the quality of canned fruits.In terms of quality inspection,traditional physical and chemical analysis methods cannot fully reflect the actual sensory characteristics of products.Therefore,establishing a comprehensive sensory inspection index system is crucial for improving the accuracy and reliability of quality inspection of canned fruit products.Based on this,this article aims to improve the accuracy and consistency of quality inspection for canned fruit products by establishing and optimizing sensory inspection indicators.
