摘要
沙芥作为一种防风固沙植物,不仅具有较好的生态效益,还是一种野生食品资源,具有解毒、镇痛、镇咳和促消化等药用功能.因此,本文概述了沙芥中营养成分和活性成分的研究进展,并对沙芥的开发与利用进行了展望,以供参考.
Abstract
As a wind-proof and sand-fixing plants,Pugionium(L.)Gaertn.not only has good ecological benefits,but also is a kind of wild food resource which is a sand control pioneer species with medicinal function of detoxification,promoting digestion analgesic and antitussive.Therefore,the research progress of nutrients and active components of the Pugionium(L.)Gaertn.were summarized,and the development of Pugionium(L.)Gaertn.was prospected in this paper,for reference.
