Food laboratory quality management system as an important cornerstone to ensure food safety,its continuous improvement and innovation is particularly important.This paper firstly analyses the problems existing in the current food laboratory quality management system,then discusses the importance of continuous improvement and innovation,and puts forward specific improvement measures and innovation strategies.On this basis,it summarises the significance of continuous improvement and innovation to the quality management system of food laboratory and the direction of future development.
