摘要

油茶籽油中的塑化剂主要来源于前端原材料及其包装物.本文以广西三门江生态茶油有限公司真空三段式脱臭技术脱除塑化剂为例,研究了一种脱除油茶籽油中塑化剂的方法,从而克服现有工艺不能有效脱除或设备生产效率低,不利于规模化生产的缺点.

Abstract

The plasticizers in Camellia oleifera seed oil mainly come from front-end raw materials and their packaging materials.This article takes the vacuum three-stage deodorization technology of Guangxi Sanmenjiang Ecological Tea Oil Co.,Ltd.to remove plasticizers as an example,studies a method for removing plasticizers from Camellia oleifera seed oil,thereby overcoming the shortcomings of existing processes that cannot effectively remove plasticizers or low equipment production efficiency,which is not conducive to large-scale production.
