Abstract
The value of nutrition in food cooking is not only related to the embodiment of delicious taste,but also an important aspect of maintaining people's healthy life.Therefore,this paper will focus on the methods to ensure the nutritional content of food in cooking,hoping to improve the cooking level and maximize the preservation of nutrition in food.
