中式烹饪源远流长,既追求菜品的色香味形俱全,又注重保护食材的营养价值.基于此,本文分析了烹饪方式对食物营养的影响,深入探讨了中式烹饪在保护食品营养价值方面的做法,以供参考.
Abstract
Chinese cuisine has a long history,pursuing both the color,aroma,and shape of dishes while also emphasizing the protection of the nutritional value of ingredients.Based on this,this article analyzes the impact of cooking methods on food nutrition,and deeply explores the application value of Chinese cuisine in protecting food,for reference.
