摘要

目前国内食品生产中,食品添加剂的使用情况较为复杂.一方面,食品企业为了提高产品的口感、色泽、保鲜等性能,普遍使用多种食品添加剂.另一方面,监管部门对于食品添加剂的使用也加强了管理和监督.然而,仍然存在一些问题和安全隐患,对消费者健康造成潜在风险.因此监管部门和食品企业都在努力探索更好的管理方式,以确保食品添加剂的合理使用,保障食品安全与质量.

Abstract

At present,the use of food additives in domestic food production is quite complex.On the one hand,food companies commonly use various food additives to improve the taste,color,and freshness of their products.On the other hand,regulatory authorities have also strengthened management and supervision of the use of food additives.However,there are still some issues that lead to food quality and safety hazards,posing potential risks to consumer health.So regulatory authorities and food enterprises are striving to explore better management methods to ensure the rational use of food additives and ensure food safety and quality.
