摘要

三聚氰胺对人体健康有一定的危害,长时间摄入会严重危害人类的健康,包括对生殖能力造成潜在损害,增加患上膀胱或肾结石的风险,甚至可能诱发膀胱癌,极端情况下甚至可能致命.本文用HPLC-MS对牛奶、巧克力进行三聚氰胺的含量测量,经比较,最终结果可靠且符合标准方法要求.

Abstract

Melamine is harmful to human health.Long-term ingestion of melamine can seriously harm human health,including potential damage to reproductive ability,increased risk of bladder or kidney stones,and even bladder cancer,which can be fatal in extreme cases.In this paper,the content of melamine in milk and chocolate was measured by HPLC-MS.The results were reliable and in line with the standard method.
