高效液相色谱法测定肉制品中酸性橙Ⅱ的含量探究

通过高效液相色谱法对肉制品当中的酸性橙Ⅱ含量进行测量,流动相设定为甲醇—乙酸铵溶液,紫外波长调整为 484 nm.检测结果表明,当浓度范围为 0.5~10 μg·mL-1 之间时,线性关系良好(r=0.9996),检出限和定量限分别为 0.01 mg·kg-1 和 0.05 mg·kg-1,加标回收率超过 95%,标准差未超过 5%,可对肉制品当中的酸性橙II含量进行快速的检测,且检测准确性较高,有较高应用价值.
Exploring the Determination of Acid Orange Ⅱ in Meat Products by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
The content of Acid Orange Ⅱ in meat products was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography,with the mobile phase set as methanol ammonium acetate solution and the UV wavelength adjusted to 484 nm.The test results showed that when the concentration range was between 0.5~10 ug·ml-1,the linear relationship was good(r=0.999 7),and the detection limit and quantification limit were 0.01 mg·kg-1 and 0.05 mg·kg-1,respectively.The recovery rate of the added standard exceeded 95%,and the standard deviation did not exceed 5%.It can quickly detect the content of Acid Orange Ⅱ in meat products with high detection accuracy and high application value.
