摘要
随着农业生产的发展,农药的使用已成为提升农产品产值与品质的关键工具.然而,过度或错误使用农药可能导致农药的残留问题,对人类健康和生态环境造成潜在威胁.因此,准确、快速且敏感的农药残留测试方法在食品安全管理中起着关键作用.本文探讨了农药残留测定法在食品检测中的应用,并提供了相关借鉴.
Abstract
With the progress of agricultural production,the use of pesticides has become a key tool to improve the output value and quality of agricultural products.However,excessive or incorrect use of pesticides can lead to pesticide residues and pose a potential threat to human health and the ecological environment.Therefore,accurate,rapid,and sensitive pesticide residue testing methods play a key role in food safety management.This paper discusses the application of pesticide residue determination in food testing and provides relevant references.
