New Progress and Challenges of Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Tea Pesticide Residues
The application of mass spectrometry technology in the detection of agricultural residues of tea has made remarkable progress.The accuracy and efficiency of detection can be improved through advanced instruments and efficient pretreatment technology.However,mass spectrometry still faces challenges such as a large variety of pesticides,trace residues,and high costs.In this paper,the challenges and solutions of mass spectrometry in tea residue detection were discussed.In order to promote the wider application of mass spectrometry technology in the detection of pesticide residues in tea,ensure the quality and safety of tea,and promote the sustainable development of tea industry.
