Study on Optimization and Improvement of Detection of Synthetic Sweeteners by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
The aim of this paper is to discuss the application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the detection of synthetic sweeteners,and to propose optimization and improvement measures for the shortcomings of the existing methods.By optimizing the chromatographic conditions,improving the sample pretreatment method and enhancing the detection sensitivity,the efficient and accurate detection of various synthetic sweeteners can be achieved.The study in this paper provides a useful exploration and reference for the application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the detection of synthetic sweeteners,which is of great significance for the protection of food safety and consumer health.
