Key Points of Residual Detection Technology for Important Organic and Harmful Chemicals in Food Safety Testing
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the deepening of industrialization,the environment of food production,processing and sales has become more complex,exposing more food safety risks.Organic harmful chemicals are one of the important contents of food safety testing,and the investigation of such substances can reduce the impact of chemical pollution on food safety.Therefore,this paper combines the sources of organic harmful chemicals in food,studies the residue detection technology of important organic harmful chemicals in food,clarifies the supervision and management methods of food chemical contamination,and provides suggestions and references for relevant practitioners.
