基于数据挖掘的河源市蔬菜食品安全风险分析与预测

本研究通过分析河源市2020-2022年蔬菜抽检数据,找出影响蔬菜抽检结果的重要因素,为相关监管部门开展蔬菜抽检工作提供参考.通过Logistic回归模型和决策树C5.0模型,对抽样地点、蔬菜品种、抽样时间等7个因素进行相关性分析,研究各因素与抽检结果之间的联系.通过Logistic回归模型和决策树C5.0模型的联合测算,发现蔬菜品种和抽样时间是影响蔬菜抽检结果的重要预测因素.本项目可以加强蔬菜抽检工作安排的科学性,提高命中率,提升抽检工作效能.
Analysis and Prediction of Heyuan Vegetables Foods Base on Data Mining
The research analyze the sampling inspection data of vegetables in Heyuan between 2020 and 2022,to find out the important influencing factors of vegetables sampling inspection results,and provide suggestions for relevant regulatory authorities.Using Logistic regression model and decision tree model to analyze sampling inspection venue,vegetables varieties,sampling inspection date etc factors,to find out the inner regularity between these factors and sampling inspection results of vegetables.The joint measurement by Logistic regression model and decision tree model shows,vegetable varieties and Sampling inspection date influence vegetables sampling inspection results significantly.It is necessary to further strengthen the scientificity of vegetable sampling inspection work arrangement,and improve the hit rate and enhance the efficiency of sampling inspection work.
