Analysis of Matrix Effects of 36 Pesticide Residue in Vegetables by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
This article uses ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to study the influence of matrix effects on the detection results of 36 pesticide residues in four vegetables. The results show that the pesticide concentrations are 0.05,0.1,0.2 μg·mL-1,most pesticides in the four vegetables exhibit weak matrix effects, while a few pesticides exhibit strong matrix effects. Therefore, among the 36 pesticides, for vegetables with weak matrix effects, reagent standards can be directly used for quantitative analysis; For vegetables with strong matrix effects,it is recommended to use matrix matching standard solutions for quantitative correction.
