超高效液相色谱串联质谱法分析蔬菜中36种农药残留的基质效应

本文采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱方法研究了4种蔬菜样品基质效应对36种农药残留检测结果的影响.结果表明:农药浓度为0.05、0.1、0.2 μg·mL-1 时,4种蔬菜中大多数农药存在弱基质效应,少数农药则表现为强基质效应.因此,在36种农药中,对于弱基质效应的蔬菜可直接采用试剂标进行定量分析,对于强基质效应的蔬菜建议采用基质匹配标准溶液进行定量校正.
Analysis of Matrix Effects of 36 Pesticide Residue in Vegetables by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
This article uses ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to study the influence of matrix effects on the detection results of 36 pesticide residues in four vegetables.The results show that the pesticide concentrations are 0.05,0.1,0.2 μg·mL-1,most pesticides in the four vegetables exhibit weak matrix effects,while a few pesticides exhibit strong matrix effects.Therefore,among the 36 pesticides,for vegetables with weak matrix effects,reagent standards can be directly used for quantitative analysis;For vegetables with strong matrix effects,it is recommended to use matrix matching standard solutions for quantitative correction.
