Optimization of Enzymatic Extraction of Antioxidant Substances from Dendrobium Officinale Based on Hierarchical Analysis-Entropy Weight Method
In this paper,the optimum extraction technology of antioxidant from Dendrobium officinale by cellulase was analyzed experimentally.Through analysis,it was found that the AHP-EWM can reflect the objective experimental data and has some guiding significance for the extraction of antioxidant substances of Dendrobium officinale by cellulase method.
