摘要
本文以实验的方式分析了优化纤维素酶法对铁皮石斛抗氧化物的提取工艺.经研究分析发现,AHP-EWM的综合评分可反映客观试验数据,纤维素酶法提取铁皮石斛抗氧化物质稳定、可行,对其抗氧化物的研究具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
In this paper,the optimum extraction technology of antioxidant from Dendrobium officinale by cellulase was analyzed experimentally.Through analysis,it was found that the AHP-EWM can reflect the objective experimental data and has some guiding significance for the extraction of antioxidant substances of Dendrobium officinale by cellulase method.
