摘要
在当前国内外粮食市场形势错综复杂的背景下,抓好秋粮收购工作是维护粮食市场稳定的现实需要,是保护种粮农民利益、端牢中国饭碗的实际行动.本文以中央储备粮嘉兴直属库的秋粮收购工作为例,介绍了嘉兴市秋粮收购形势调查、秋粮市场研判分析以及当地市场新情况新特点,最后提出了秋粮轮换购销工作开展的策略建议,包括监控市场动态、提高服务水平、优化轮入品种等策略.
Abstract
Under the background of the complicated situation of the domestic and foreign grain markets,it is necessary to do a good job in the purchase of autumn grain to maintain the stability of the grain market,and to protect the interests of grain farmers and secure the rice bowl of China.Take the autumn grain acquisition work of the sinograin Jiaxing Deot as an example,this paper introduces the investigation of autumn grain purchase in Jiaxing City,the research and analysis of autumn grain market and the new situation and characteristics of the local market.Finally plots some strategies for autumn grain rotation purchase and sale,including monitoring the market dynamics,improving the service level,optimizing the rotating varieties and so on.
