摘要

食品样品管理作为食品检验的前端工作,是确定样品真实性与准确性的重要环节.食品样品管理包括样品接收、样品入库、样品制备、样品储存及样品处置 5 个环节,通过对 5 个环节的质量控制,可以保证后期样品检测数据的准确性与时效性,同时降低食品样品检测的风险.

Abstract

As the front end of food inspection,food sample management is also an important part of determining the authenticity and accuracy of samples.Food sample management includes five links:sample receiving,sample storage,sample preparation,sample storage and sample disposal.Through the quality control of the five links of sample management,the accuracy and timeliness of sample detection data in the later period are ensured,and the risk of food sample detection is reduced.
