摘要

肠道菌群的结构变化会增加细胞炎性因子表达和损害机体的免疫系统,进而会导致胰岛素抵抗及2 型糖尿病的产生.益生菌可降低患者肠道炎性反应、改善肠道屏障和菌群并提高患者免疫力.本文分析了肠道菌群与胰岛素抵抗和 2 型糖尿病的相关性,探讨了益生菌改善胰岛素抵抗和 2 型糖尿病的机制,阐述了益生菌的联合应用对改善胰岛素抵抗和 2 型糖尿病的研究进展,为相关研究提供理论依据.

Abstract

The structural changes of intestinal flora will increase the expression of inflammatory cytokines and damage the immune system of the body,which will lead to insulin resistance(IR)and the production of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).This article analyzed the correlation between intestinal flora and insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus,discussed the mechanism of probiotics to improve IR and T2DM,elaborated the research progress of probiotics combined application on improving insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes,and provided theoretical basis for related research.
