摘要
保健食品作为改善睡眠类的保健食品受到了人们的广泛关注.确定保健食品中功效成分的种类和含量对于产品质量控制具有重要的意义.本文针对改善睡眠类保健食品的功效成分,分析了相关原料中功效成分的提取和含量测定方法,旨在为进一步开发和利用保健食品提供依据.
Abstract
Health food has received a lot of attention as a health food for improving sleep.The determination of functional component types and their content in health food holds great importance for ensuring product quality control.This paper focuses on the extraction and determination methods for assessing the content of functional components in sleep-enhancing food products.The aim of this research is to establish a foundation for the advancement and utilization of health foods.
