摘要
一些地方性院校的食品微生物学实验课程教学条件不足,不能充分满足教学需求.借助微课形式,将精简的实验操作视频上传至教学平台,便于学生自主观看学习.此外,微课的互动性和个性化特点使学生能够按照自身进度和兴趣进行学习,提升学习效果.本文详述微课在食品微生物学实验课程实践教学中的应用,以丰富教师的教学方式,提升教学质量.
Abstract
The teaching conditions of food microbiology experiment course in some local colleges and universities are insufficient and can not fully meet the teaching needs.By utilizing micro-lecture mode,concise experimental operation videos are uploaded to the teaching platform,which is convenient for students to watch and learn independently.In addition,the interactive and personalized characteristics of micro-lectures enable students to learn according to their own pace and interests,and improve the learning effect.This paper elaborate on the application of micro-lectures in practical teaching of food microbiology experiment courses,in order to enrich teachers'teaching methods and improve teaching quality.
