食品质量与安全现代产业学院协同育人模式的探索与实践

摘要
产教融合是解决高等教育供给侧与产业需求侧不匹配矛盾的重要手段,现代产业学院是应用型本科高校实现产教融合的重要载体.本文以食品质量与安全现代产业学院为研究对象,组建政、校、行、企、园产教融合联盟,健全人才需求和培养质量动态反馈改进体系,搭建梯次有序、功能互补的产学研合作平台,培育校企联合、多专业交叉的高水平教师队伍,构建校企共建的课程体系,探索基于统一课程标准多平台、多场景的课程教学方法,为地方高校探索多主体协同育人模式,培养高素质应用型、复合型、创新型食品质量人才提供可复制、可推广的模式.
Abstract
The integration of industry and education is an important means to solve the contradiction between the supply side of higher education and the demand side of industry,and the modern industrial college is an important carrier for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to realize the integration of industry and education.This paper takes the College of Food Quality and Safety Modern Industry as the research object,establishes an alliance for the integration of government,school,industry,enterprise and park,improves the dynamic feedback and improvement system of talent demand and training quality,builds an orderly and complementary industry-university-research cooperation platform,cultivates a high-level teacher team with school-enterprise cooperation and multi-professional intersection,builds a curriculum system co-built by schools and enterprises,explores multi-platform and multi-scenario course teaching methods based on unified curriculum standards,explores a multi-subject collaborative education model for local colleges and universities,and cultivates high-quality application-oriented,compound and innovative food quality talents provide a replicable and promotable model.
