广西民族特色茶饮油茶习俗的现状分析及发展对策研究

摘要
本文简要阐述了广西民族特色茶饮——油茶习俗的形成和发展现状,深入分析了油茶产业化发展面临的机遇和威胁,提出了推进油茶产业化发展的对策建议,并对油茶习俗进行多维度科学研究,深挖和拓展油茶习俗的文化价值、经济价值、科研价值,关注油茶习俗的新业态发展、工业化生产和食品安全问题,以期为油茶习俗产业化高质量可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
This study provides a succinct overview of the formation and current state of development of Guangxi's ethnic-specific tea beverage oil tea custom.It conducts a thorough analysis of the opportunities and threats facing the industrialization of oil tea,and proposes strategies and suggestions to advance its industrial development.Through a multidimensional scientific inquiry into oil tea customs,it delves into and expands the cultural,economic,and research values of the custom,while also focusing on the development of new business forms,industrial production,and food safety issues related to the oil tea custom.The aim is to offer insights for the high-quality,sustainable development of the industrialization of oil tea customs.
