摘要
本文对2021-2023年甘肃省平凉市食品安全监督抽检结果进行梳理、汇总,从抽检数量、食品类别、不合格项目及其成因等方面进行系统分析,深度解析近 3 年平凉市食品安全抽检整体情况,并给出指导性建议,为监管部门加强食品安全监管、规范市场治理等提供参考.
Abstract
This paper sorts out and summarizes the food safety supervision and sampling inspection results of Pingliang city in Gansu province from 2021 to 2023,systematically analyzes the number of sampling inspections,food category,unqualified items and their causes,analyzes the overall situation of food safety sampling inspection in Pingliang city in the past three years,and gives guiding suggestions,to provide reference for regulatory authorities to strengthen food safety supervision and standardize market governance.
