摘要
农产品质量安全不仅与农业产业发展息息相关,还与人们的消费安全与食用安全密切相关.随着现代农业的快速发展,以及人们对农产品品质需求的提高,农产品质量安全工作面临严峻的挑战.本文从法律标准层面、生产环节、产地环境、检测环节和监管环节等 5 个方面对影响农产品质量安全的因素进行分析,提出农产品质量安全监管的对策,为高效开展农产品质量安全监管工作提供参考.
Abstract
The quality and safety of agricultural products is not only closely related to the development of agricultural industry,but also closely related to people's consumption safety and food safety.With the rapid development of modern agriculture and the improvement of people's demand for the quality of agricultural products,the quality and safety of agricultural products are also facing severe challenges.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products from five aspects:legal standard level,production link,origin environment,testing link and supervision link,and puts forward the countermeasures for the supervision of agricultural products quality and safety,to provide reference for efficient supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.
