摘要
食品安全监督抽检作为食品安全监管的技术保障和重要手段,可以找准食品安全隐患、降低食品安全风险.本文分析当前基层食品安全监督抽检工作中存在的问题,并提出针对性的对策及建议,以期为基层高效开展食品安全抽检工作提供参考.
Abstract
As a technical guarantee and an important means of food safety supervision,food safety supervision and sampling can identify potential food safety hazards and reduce food safety risks.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current food safety supervision and sampling work at the grassroots level,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the efficient implementation of food safety sampling inspection at the grassroots level.
