摘要
本文对 2023 年厦门市食品安全监督抽检数据进行了统计分析.2023 年厦门市全年累计抽检食品22 930批次,抽检合格率为97.53%,不合格566批次.主要不合格项目为农兽药残留超标、重金属污染、微生物污染、超范围超限量使用食品添加剂、质量指标不达标、有机物污染和生物毒素污染等,其中食用农产品的农兽药残留问题、餐饮食品的微生物污染和有机物污染问题较为突出,需要监管部门持续关注.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the data of food safety supervision and sampling in Xiamen city in 2023.22 930 batches of food products were sampled in Xiamen city in 2023,with a pass rate of 97.53%,and 566 batches were unqualified.The main unqualified items were excessive residue of agricultural and veterinary drugs,heavy metal pollution,microbial pollution,use of food additives beyond the limit,substandard quality index,organic matter pollution and biotoxin contamination.The problems what excessive agricultural and veterinary drugs residues in edible agricultural products as well as microbial pollution and organic matter pollution in catering food were quite prominent and required continuous attention from regulatory authorities.
