Survey and Research on the Consumption Behavior of Bulk Noodle Products in China
Noodle products are one of the most important staple foods for Chinese people,and noodles and steamed bread account for more than 65%of the consumption of noodle products in China,which is a veritable bulk noodle products.This paper investigates 2 000 consumers'consumption taste,consumption channel,consumption concept and consumption preference when they buy noodles and steamed bread by means of questionnaire.The results show that the proportion of consumer groups in different age groups chose to purchase food is higher;urban people tend to prefer large supermarkets,community convenience stores,noodle mills,vegetable markets and street workshops with quality and safety guarantees.Compared with urban residents,rural residents tend to prefer noodle mills,vegetable markets and street workshops with higher cost performance.Small packaging,affordable products are more likely to be favored by people;the taste,convenience and convenience of the place of purchase are the primary factors that people consider when buying noodles and steamed buns.Functional food is gradually accepted by people;safe,hygienic,nutritious and delicious products are increasingly popular.Based on this,the flour products industry to achieve high-quality development needs to constantly innovate and adjust products to adapt to the changing trends of consumers.
