Determination of Thiourea Dioxide in Rice Cake by High Performance Liquid Chromatograph
The Amide column(250 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm)was used as stationary phase,gradient elution was performed using 80%acetonitrile aqueous solution as the mobile phase,and detection was performed at a wavelength of 278 nm,to establish an analytical method for determining the content of thiourea dioxide in rice cakes using high-performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that,the thiourea dioxide exhibited excellent linearity in the range of 0.2~50.0 mg·L-1,the detection limit was 4.00 mg·kg-1.The recovery rates were over the range of 90.08%~96.73%,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.61%.This method is simple,fast,and highly practical,and can be used for the determination of thiourea dioxide in rice cake food.
