高效液相色谱法测定年糕中二氧化硫脲

摘要
以Amide柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm)为分离柱,以80%乙腈-水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,在波长 278 nm处检测,建立高效液相色谱法测定年糕中二氧化硫脲含量的分析方法.结果表明,二氧化硫脲在0.2~50.0 mg·L-1 呈良好的线性关系,检出限为 4.00 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为 90.08%~96.73%,相对标准偏差不大于 8.61%.该方法简便快速,实用性强,可用于年糕食品中二氧化硫脲的测定.
Abstract
The Amide column(250 mm×4.6 mm,3.5 μm)was used as stationary phase,gradient elution was performed using 80%acetonitrile aqueous solution as the mobile phase,and detection was performed at a wavelength of 278 nm,to establish an analytical method for determining the content of thiourea dioxide in rice cakes using high-performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that,the thiourea dioxide exhibited excellent linearity in the range of 0.2~50.0 mg·L-1,the detection limit was 4.00 mg·kg-1.The recovery rates were over the range of 90.08%~96.73%,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.61%.This method is simple,fast,and highly practical,and can be used for the determination of thiourea dioxide in rice cake food.
