Uncertainty Evaluation for Determining Vitamin B2 in Infant Formula by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
This article evaluated the uncertainty for the determination of vitamin B2 in infant formula by high performance liquid chromatography.Testing was conducted in accordance with the first method of national food safety standard GB 5009.85-2016.The uncertainty in the experiment were analyzed in accordance with the technical specifications:JJF 1135-2005 and JJF 1059.1-2012.In the measurement of vitamin B2 content,the preparation of reference materials,recovery,measurement repeatability and weighing sample had great influences on the combined standard uncertainty.Therefore,during the measurement,the above factors should be controlled to improve the accuracy of the test results.
