摘要

针对大学生饮食行为多样化的现象,通过综合运用问卷调查和统计分析等方法,对大学生饮食行为的特点、食堂满意度、食品安全意识等校园饮食安全的影响因素进行了调查研究.通过对大学生饮食行为及食品安全影响因素的分析,提出了针对性的对策和建议,以期为提高校园饮食安全水平提供参考.

Abstract

This article focuses on the phenomenon of diversified dietary behaviors among college students,and conducts a survey and research on the influencing factors of campus dietary safety,such as the characteristics of college students'dietary behaviors,cafeteria satisfaction,and food safety awareness,through the comprehensive use of questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis.By analyzing the dietary behavior and influencing factors of food safety among college students,targeted strategies and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for improving the level of campus dietary safety.
